About Us
AIRDEX International, Inc. is a Nevada corporation
with manufacturing facilities in Southern California.
AIRDEX has developed an entirely new technology-shipping
pallet that is so revolutionary that it can truly be defined as
a “New Paradigm”
in an industry that has seen very little change in the last two
decades.
Our technology originated in the Australasian market
where Airfreight shipping is prevalent and costly between the
Asian countries.
A significant international market disruption was
observed in the late 1990’s when phytosanitary restrictions
began to have a greater impact on Import/Export Customs operations
throughout the region. This resulted in added pressures against
soft wood packaging and pallets. Since that time, we have seen
continued escalation of wood import restrictions throughout the
world along with stronger levels of enforcement.
While this was happening, Airfreight costs have
risen with higher fuels and security expenses while the needs
for all types of high-service cargo have increased. As always,
cold-chain cargo such as perishable foods, produce, pharmaceuticals,
and biotech products make up a large part of this cargo segment.
During the last five years, more high-tech distributed
manufacturing operations have begun to ship JIT parts and offer
global fulfillment services which increasingly rely on airfreight
services as well.
AIRDEX focused our business at producing a specialized
airfreight pallet that would answer the need for import/export
users dealing primarily with these cargo categories. Our objectives
for design would offer:
 Safety
for the cargo, the environment, and the operating personnel throughout
the supply chain.
Dramatically reduces pallet weight to reduce airfreight and overall
transportation total net cost of use.
Eliminate
any risk of clearing customs as a matter of product/fumigation,
or certification paperwork.
Offer the ability to move through cold-chain facilities more efficiently.
Offer the ability to move directly to the retail sales floor without
pallet re-packing at DC’s.
Offer a cost-competitive alternative to wood and more expensive
plastic pallets in this supply chain.
Create a manufacturing process that is highly scalable, portable,
and more cost effective than any.
Establish regional manufacturing partnerships throughout the world
to put our products at the users.
AIRDEX has achieved patented product design, patented
manufacturing process and equipment, and global supply relationships
to meet these objectives. We are now in the process of deploying
the exciting new AIRpallet along with manufacturing partnerships
throughout the world.
