Produce, Seafoods, Meats etc.

maintained through “Insulation”!
100% Polystyrene yields high R and K factor barriers between
your product and the floor or ground, unwanted sources of
heat/cold. Reduces thaw and restricts overheating from hot
sub-surfaces. No bottom wrap is required on blanketed air
shipments. For sea freight reefer containers, ventilation
ports are provided in the AIRDEX pallet deck.

YOUR PRODUCT DELIVERY glides
through customs clearance AND inspections. Your shipments
won’t be at risk of delay, destruction, or denial
and return. Airdex pallets carry the international “fully
recyclable” symbol as 100% polystyrene. They are
environmentally friendly in all markets. NO BUGS! No unwanted
"hitchhikers" can bore into Airdex pallets.
No fumigation or certificates are required for AIRDEX
pallets.

SECURITY can be increased!
RFID Technology is immediately useable on Airdex pallets
because it has no metal components or RF barriers in its
construction. RF Tags can be integrated within the core
of the pallets, and not be visible to the users. Bottom
pilferage would be directly evident through the Airdex center-leg
configuration. RFID facilities must be customer-supplied
for insertion only by Airdex.
